Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed with Sheet & Code through sheetandcode.com.
1. What you buy
If, after reading your brief, the job does not fit the package you paid for, we tell you within one business day and either refund you in full or offer the right package. Each package has a fixed price, a fixed scope, a delivery time, and a number of revisions, all shown on the package before you pay. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
2. Payment
Payment is taken up front through PayPal, in US dollars. We never see or store your card details.
3. Delivery time
Delivery times are business days (Monday to Friday). They start when we receive a complete brief and any files we need. Files are delivered by email as a .zip or a Google Drive link. If the brief is unclear we ask questions by email, and the clock pauses until you answer.
4. Revisions
A revision is a change to the delivered work that stays within the original brief. New features, new pages, or a change of direction count as new work.
5. Ownership
Once the order is paid, you own the delivered files and may use, change, and resell them. We may show a delivery in our portfolio only if you agree to it in writing, and never with your data.
6. Your materials
You confirm you have the right to share the files and content you send us. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or personal data we do not need for the job.
7. Scraping and automation
We only build scrapers for publicly accessible pages and do not bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, or technical restrictions. You are responsible for how you use a delivered tool and for following the terms of the sites it accesses.
8. Tools and AI
We use software tools, including AI, to work faster. Every delivery is made for your brief and checked before it is sent. We do not deliver the same work to two clients.
9. Liability
We test what we deliver, but software can contain mistakes. Check results before relying on them for financial, legal, or medical decisions. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
