The free tools run entirely in your browser. Files and text you paste into them are not uploaded to our server.
Orders
When you send a brief we receive your name, email address, the brief, any links, and the files you attach. We use them only to do your job and to contact you about it. Files are stored on our hosting server and deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. We receive the PayPal order number, the amount, and the payer's name and email. We never see card numbers. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Usage statistics
We count page views and steps in the checkout (for example opening the payment window, cancelling, or a payment error) to improve the site. This uses a random ID stored in your browser tab only for the visit, and a daily-rotating hash of your IP address, so we can count visits without identifying you or following you across days. No cookies are used for this and nothing is shared with third parties. When a payment is completed, we also record the PayPal order number, amount, and the payer's email and country so we can match the payment to your brief.
Server logs and cookies
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The PayPal button may set cookies needed for payment.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data, except with PayPal and our hosting provider as needed to run the service, or when required by law.
Your rights
Ask us by email to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it within 30 days.
