Refund policy

We want you to pay only for work that does what you asked. Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment.

Full refund

• Before work starts. Cancel any time before we send the first delivery.
• We cannot do it. If we decide the brief is outside what we can deliver, we tell you and refund you in full.
• Late delivery. If we miss the delivery time by more than 3 days and you no longer want the work.
• Does not match the brief. If, after using your revisions, the delivery still does not do what the original brief described.

No refund

• A change of mind after the work matches the brief and has been delivered.
• Requests that go beyond the original brief.
• Problems caused by later changes to your files, your hosting, or a website a script depends on.

How to ask

Reply to your delivery email with your order reference. We answer within one business day and send approved refunds within 5 business days. You can also write to hello@sheetandcode.com.
